Meet us in Green Oaks!
 Green Oaks is a quaint Greenwood Village subdivision located in the south metro area of Denver, Colorado. As a "no-fence" neighborhood, our wide-open spaces enable kids to play and neighbors to socialize freely.
Community Center
As a prime gathering spot, our Green Oaks community center includes a newly-renovated clubhouse, complete with a 25-yard five-lane regulation pool, secure baby pool, covered patio, built-in BBQ grills, and lots of picnic tables and lounge chairs. Our renovated 3-court regulation outdoor tennis facility is home to active tennis clinics, informal matches, structured leagues, and pickleball.
Dynamics of Green Oaks
Since we are a fenceless neighborhood, there is an openness that lends itself to a strong sense of community, friendships between neighbors, casual social interactions and encourages kids to be "free-range" while still respecting private property.
There is a long green belt and several public access pathways that run through Green Oaks that can be accessed by all neighbors and children. Neighbors often see children walking or biking through properties in order to get to a friend's home or the pool. Dogs are safely kept in yards using electric fences.

Green Oaks neighbors come together in a variety of activities throughout the year, including:

Schools
As part of the Littleton Public School district, our public schools are some of the best in the region. We are also located near a wide variety of private and parochial schools.
Location
Green Oaks is within five minutes of major interstates to drive into downtown Denver, the airport or the mountains. We are also conveniently located within minutes of three fantastic shopping centers: the Streets at SouthGlenn, Park Meadows Mall, and Aspen Grove.
